Franchise Fee:
The initial franchise fee is $25,000. The estimated initial investment is between $57,200 to $152,600.
The initial franchise fee is $25,000 in consideration of the expenses incurred by Excalibur in training you and licensing you under the terms of the Franchise Agreement. This initial fee will be paid in installments. The first installment is due when you sign the Franchise Agreement; the second installment is due 30 days after signing the Franchise Agreement; the third installment is due 60 days after signing the Franchise Agreement; and the final installment is due 90 days after signing the Franchise Agreement. Depending upon the circumstances particular to your prospective franchise, including potential market and customer base, size and location of franchise and territory, and Excalibur's anticipated start up and training costs, the Initial Franchise Fee may be discounted by Excalibur. There is no information available regarding the range of Initial Franchise Fees paid during the last fiscal year. The initial franchise fee is earned upon the signing of the Franchise Agreement by the parties. This initial fee is not refundable.
